  • 2 lg. boxes of brown and wild rice
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced or possibly cut in half
  • 1 lg. can chow mein vegetables, liquid removed
  • 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup or possibly celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 4-6 center cut pork chops
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Spray deep pan with Pam spray. Layer the first four ingredients. Add in water. Stir well. Put pork chops on top of mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. All ovens may vary but you do not want to get this dish to dry.
