Receta Pork Chop Marinade

Ingredientes

3/4 c. soy sauce (may use lite soy sauce) 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. chili sauce

1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 clove garlic, chopped 6 pork loin chops, cut 1 1/4 inch thick

Direcciones

1. Combine marinade ingredients. Place pork chops in glass baking dish or possibly heavy plastic ziploc bag. Add in marinade. Cover dish with plastic wrap or possibly close bag. Marinate chops overnight in refrigerator turning occasionally. Grill or possibly broil chops over medium heat for 8-10 min per side.
