Ingredientes

  • 6 pork chops, boneless
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can fried onions
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns, thawed
  • Seasoned salt
  • Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, set aside. Combine soup, lowfat milk, pepper, lowfat sour cream and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and 1/2 can fried onions. Spoon mix in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and fried onions. Bake uncovered 5 min longer. 6 servings.
