Ingredientes

  • 6 loin pork chops
  • 10 to 12 pcs bread, broken up for bread stuffing
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Celery and onion

Direcciones

  1. Grease glass baking dish with butter. Place pork chops in dish, salt and pepper lightly.
  2. In skillet, saute/fry onion and celery in 2 Tbsp. butter. Dump bread stuffing into skillet and mix well. You can add in poultry seasoning to taste. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make bread stick together. Spread bread stuffing over pork chops to create a crust over the entire dish.
  3. Take 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, dilute with 1/4 c. water. Pour over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour without cover.
