Ingredientes

  • 5 pork chops
  • 2 teaspoon shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • Dash pepper
  • 3/4 uncooked rice
  • 1/2 minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 large can tomatoes (1 pound 12 ounce. can)
  • 5 green pepper rings
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese

Direcciones

  1. Slowly brown chops in shortening for 15 to 20 min and drain. Combine salt, chili pwdr and pepper; sprinkle over chops. Add in rice, onion, minced pepper and tomatoes. Cover and slowly cook 35 min, stirring occasionally. Add in green pepper rings and cook 5 more mounds, or possibly till rice and meat are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
