Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 6 x pork chops - (to 8)

Direcciones

  1. Cook onions in oil till lightly brown. Add in other ingredients. Cover and simmer about 20 min. Put pork chops in crock pot and cook 8 to 10 hrs with sauce. Serve warm.
  2. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
