Receta Pork Chops In Wine Sauce With Mushrooms

- Marinate chops in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and garlic for 4 hrs
- heat oil in saute/fry pan; saute/fry onions till clear or possibly starting to brown
- Add in tarragon and marjoram to pan; stir.
- Make a bed of the onions and lay the pork chops upon them. Add in salt and pepper, if you like. Add in wine, cover pan, and simmer for 20 min.
- Turn chops and cover with sliced mushrooms. Replace cover and simmer an additional 20 min.
- Remove chops from pan and put onto plates. Mix ingredients in pan, reducing if you like. Cover chops with onion and mushroom mix.
- Serve.
