Receta Pork Egg Rolls

- Mix sausage, wine, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp soy sauce; soak for 15 min. Shred mushrooms, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Heat 1/4 cup oil; fry green onions, ginger, and pork. Fry for a couple min, then add in bamboo shoots, mushrooms, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Add in 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp soy sauce, sugar, and fry for 5 min; add in cornstarch-water mix; remove from heat and cool. Roll as directed on egg roll package; seal with cornstarch. Deep fry till crisp.
