Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Pork Fillet
  • 2 x Shallots Or possibly
  • 1 sm Onion, Finely Minced
  • 1 sm Apple, Peeled, Cored, Finely Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Celery Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered Thyme
  •     Pepper, No Salt
  • 1 can Condensed Mushroom Soup, 15 1/2 Ounce.
  •     Parsley, Minced

Direcciones

  1. Trim any fat from pork fillet and cut in 1/2 inch slices. Place in layers in a buttered casserole or possibly oven dish, sprinkling each layer with shallots or possibly onion, apple, celery flakes, thyme and pepper. Add in undiluted soup.
  2. Smooth top. Cover dish with a lid or possibly foil and cook in a very moderate oven
  3. (325 F, gas mark 2) for about 2 hrs or possibly till pork is very tender.
  4. Sprinkle with minced parsley before taking to the table.
  5. Serving Ideas : Accompanying creamed potatoes can be piped round the dish.
