%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20love%20the%20Taste%20of%20Home%20Magazine.%20%20My%20mom%20used%20to%20get%20me%20a%20subscription%20for%20Christmas%20for%20years.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20didn't%20keep%20the%20original%20magazines,%20because%20Taste%20of%20Home%20publications%20is%20good%20about%20putting%20out%20yearly%20compilation%20cookbooks%20as%20well%20as%20specialty%20ones.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20one---%20Busy%20Family%20Favorites---is%20%20a%20favorite%20of%20mine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EQuick,%20Easy%2030%20minute%20meals,%20%20made%20with%20common%20ingredients%20---perfect!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20actually%20made%20this%20recipe%20a%20few%20months%20ago,%20took%20photos%20and%20made%20a%20draft,%20but%20I%20didn't%20write%20anything.%20%20This%20morning%20when%20I%20went%20to%20find%20the%20recipe%20%20in%20the%20cookbook%20and%20write%20up%20the%20post,%20I%20was%20looking%20in%20the%20%22poultry%22%20chapter%20and%20I%20COULD%20NOT%20FIND%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20got%20a%20little%20panicky,%20%20a%20little%20hysterical%20%20(not%20really,%20but%20I%20did%20laugh%20at%20myself%20a%20lot)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20thought--what%20did%20I%20do?%20%20Was%20it%20not%20this%20cookbook?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWell,%20upon%20further%20examination---this%20is%20a%20pork%20tenderloin,%20NOT%20a%20chicken%20breast.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20remember%20now.%20It's%20all%20coming%20back%20to%20me!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20am%20getting%20old,%20%20you%20know.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyway...mystery%20solved%20and%20here%20is%20the%20recipe%20for%20some%20great,%20easy,%20tasty,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPork%20Parmigiana!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPork%20Parmigiana%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETaste%20of%20Home%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20%20Cook%20pasta%20according%20to%20package%20directions.%20%20Place%20spaghetti%20sauce%20in%20a%20small%20saucepan;%20cook%20over%20low%20heat%20until%20heated%20through,%20stirring%20occasionally.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Meanwhile,%20cut%20tenderloin%20into%20eight%20slices;%20flatten%20to%201/4%20inch-thickness.%20%20Place%20egg%20in%20a%20shallow%20bowl.%20In%20another%20shallow%20bowl,%20combine%20bread%20crumbs%20and%201%20T%20Parm%20cheese.%20%20Dip%20pork%20slices%20in%20egg%20then%20roll%20in%20the%20crumb%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Place%20on%20a%20baking%20sheet%20coated%20with%20cooking%20spray.%20%20Bake%20at%20425F%20for%20%205-6%20minutes%20on%20each%20side%20or%20until%20meat%20is%20tender.%20%20Drain%20pasta;%20serve%20with%20spaghetti%20sauce%20and%20pork.%20%20Sprinkle%20with%20mozzarella%20cheese%20and%20remaining%20Parmesan%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECheck%20out%20all%20my%20sticky%20note%20reminders%20of%20how%20many%20recipes%20I%20want%20to%20make%20from%20this%20cook%20book!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELOTS!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20better%20get%20to%20%20cookin'%20!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20you%20can%20go%20check%20out%20Months%20of%20Edible%20Creations!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
