Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 c. Salad dressing,or possibly mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese,grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers, liquid removed (optional)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Slice pork into 3/4" slices; lb. to 1/4" thickness. Spread pork generously w/ 1/4 c. salad dressing. Combine crumbs & cheese. Coat pork w/ crumb mix. Heat margarine. Add in garlic; cook till tender. Reduce heat.
  2. Add in pork; cook till meat is no longer pink. Combine remaining salad dressing, lowfat milk, capers & juice; mix well. Serve with pork. Serve w/ your favorite accompaniments.
