Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fat-trimmed boneless pork cubes, cut from leg
  • 1 c. sliced onion
  • 1/2 c. gin
  • 3 c. rinsed and liquid removed sauerkraut
  • 2 unpared Golden brown Delicious apples, shredded
  • 2 teaspoon caraway seeds

Direcciones

  1. Spray a non-stick pot with cooking spray. Add in pork cubes and brown over medium heat. Turn to brown proportionately. Stir in onion. Cook 1 minute, then stir in gin. Add in liquid removed sauerkraut, shredded apples and caraway seeds. Cover and simmer till pork is tender, about 50 min.
