Ingredientes

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, finely crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Cut pork diagonally into 1/2 inch slices. Mix egg and 1 Tbsp. water. Mix bread crumbs, salt, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, and pepper. Toss pork with egg mix. Coat with crumb mix. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in 12 inch skillet over medium heat till warm. Cook pork in butter about 8 min or possibly till done. Remove pork from skillet; keep hot.
