Ingredientes

2-3 lbs. pork shoulder steak Salt and pepper 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce 2 tbsp. minced onion

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 2 tbsp. oil or possibly melted shortening 2 tbsp. vinegar 1-2 tbsp. chili pwdr

Direcciones

1. Cut steaks in serving size pcs; brown in oil in large skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Add in tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, chili pwdr, and garlic salt; cover and simmer 40-50 min, stirring occasionally till tender. Yield 4-6 servings.
