Ingredientes

  •     This is good with potatoes or possibly spaetzle and cabbage or possibly coleslaw.
  • 4 x boneless pork loin steaks
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c. red wine

Direcciones

  1. Brown steaks in oil and remove from skillet. Saute/fry onion and mushrooms till golden brown in the pan drippings. Return steaks to pan; add in raisins, cinnamon and wine. Cover and simmer for an hour or possibly a little longer.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
