Pork Stir Fry, Steamed Rice

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound boneless pork
  • Sm. onion
  • 1 sm. red bell pepper
  • 4 lg. mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. long grain rice

Direcciones

  1. Chop your meat into cubes. Fry to brown; drain. Chop the vegetables, pour in with meat. Add in your soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Let vegetables get tender, not well done.
  2. Rice: boil the water with tsp. salt. Add in rice. Cook to tender. Rinse cool water and serve.
