Pork Stir Fry With Linguine

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound boneless pork, sliced thin
  • 4 ounce. linguine
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 6 ounce. pkg. snow peas
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom slices

Direcciones

  1. Cook linguine, reserve hot. Heat skillet, add in oil, stir fry garlic. Add in peapods. Stir fry 2 min. Remove from pan. Add in 1/2 pork and cook 3-4 min. Remove, add in rest of pork. Cook 3-4 min. Remove from pan.
  2. Heat lowfat milk, basil and nutmeg. Add in cheese. Cook and stir till cheese melts. Stir in pea pods, pork and mushrooms. Heat through. Remove from heat, add in linguine and toss to heat. Serve with salad and bread.
