Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 c. thin cream
  • 2/3 c. sliced mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Slice tenderloin in rounds about 1 inch thick and flatten with a cleaver, rub with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in butter over low heat for 15 min. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 20 min.
