- Dust pork with flour and season with salt and pepper. Brown in butter 3 min each side over medium heat. Set aside. Saute/fry onions. Add in more butter and saute/fry mushrooms 5 to 6 min.
- Add in warmed brandy and flame. When flames subside, add in lowfat sour cream. Heat till warm, but not boiling. Add in pork and hot through.
