Pork w/Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 4 pork tenderloin strips or boneless loin chops (about 2 lbs.)
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t.pepper
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (1 1/2 c.)
  • 1/4 c. half-and-half

Direcciones

  1. Cook pork in margarine in skillet over med. high heat about 10 min., turning once, until pork is done.
  2. Stir in onion; saute until soft.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper and mushrooms; cook over med. heat about 1 min. or until tender.
  4. Stir in half-and-half; cook 1 min. until slightly reduced.
  5. Serve sauce with pork.
