Receta Pork With Maple Vinegar Sauce

- Flatten pork. Season with pepper. Heat butter over medium-high heat. Saute/fry pork till brown. Transfer to plate. Add in shallots to same skillet. Cook 1 minute.
- Mix mustard and broth and simmer 5 min. Stir in maple syrup and vinegar. Simmer till liquids are reduced, about 5 min. Return pork; simmer till tender.
