Ingredientes

  • 2 can (sm) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (sm) Whole Mushrooms
  • 1 pkt Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. White rice (uncooked)
  •     (Salt & Pepper &/or possibly other spices for flavor and personal taste)
  • 4 med Sized Pork Chops

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the Pork Chops in a very warm frying pan to seal in the juices and partially cook.
  2. Mix the Cream of Mushroom soup, mushrooms, powdered Onion Soup Mix, lowfat milk, and uncooked grains of rice together in a bowl. Pour about half of this mix into a casserole dish. Lay the pork chops on top of it. Cover them with the other half of the mix.
  3. Bake on a 250 degree oven for approximately two hrs. Check for doneness.
  4. Remove from oven, and serve. (The rice should be cooked and the pork chops will be very tender.)
