- Saute/fry onion till tender in butter. Add in potatoes, 4 c. warm water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer 15 min. Add in seafood, simmer 10 min. Mix lowfat milk with 4 c. water and add in cream. Add in potato flakes. Serves 12.
