Ingredientes

  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 c. diced potatoes
  • 4 c. warm water
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 pound seafood (shrimp, clams, scallops, haddock)
  • 3 c. dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 4 c. warm water
  • 2 c. cream
  • 1 1/2 c. instant potato flakes

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion till tender in butter. Add in potatoes, 4 c. warm water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer 15 min. Add in seafood, simmer 10 min. Mix lowfat milk with 4 c. water and add in cream. Add in potato flakes. Serves 12.
