Ingredientes

2 pound mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
2-4 tbsp. light cream

1/2 ounce. port wine
Minced nuts

Direcciones

In food processor, place cheese and cream. Blend. Add in port wine. Blend. Shape into ball or possibly log, roll in nuts. Chill.
