Ingredientes

  • 1 pound can dark sweet pitted cherries
  • 2 (3 ounce.) Packages black cherry flavored gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tbsp. cool water
  • 3/4 c. reserved cherry juice
  • 2 c. port wine

Direcciones

  1. Drain cherries and reserve juice.
  2. Dissolve cherry flavored gelatin in boiling water. Soak unflavored gelatin in cool water and dissolve in warm cherry gelatin mix. Add in reserved cherry juice. Cold to room temperature. Add in port wine. Refrigeratetill slightly congealed. Add in cherries and mix gently. Pour into a lightly oiled four and one half c. ring mold. Refrigeratetill hard. Serves 6 to 8.
