Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1 c. dry peaches
  • 1/2 c. dry figs
  • 1 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1/4 c. port
  • 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 8 ounce lowfat milk chocolate
  •     Confectioners sugar for rolling confections

Direcciones

  1. Grind raisins, peaches and figs together.
  2. Finely chop walnuts.
  3. Combine with fruits, port and sugar. Mix well and let stand 1 hour.
  4. Shape into 1" balls.
  5. Heat chocolate very slowly over hot, not warm, water. When chocolate is completely melted, dip half the balls 1 at a time in chocolate, using 2 forks.
  6. Allow excess chocolate to drip back, then place candies on waxed paper till chocolate is set.
  7. Roll remaining balls in confectioners sugar.
  8. Yield: About 4 dozen
