Receta Portobello Mushroom And Orzo Salad

- Cook orzo in boiling salted water till al dente.
- Transfer to a bowl, and fold in 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in minced mushroom, bean sprouts, minced green onion, minced coriander, soya sauce, vinegar, finely minced red pepper, salt and pepper, garlic, 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil, and orange juice.
- Place in refrigerator till ready to be served.
