Portuguese Holiday Bread

Ingredientes

  • 5 lbs. flour
  • 2 doz. Large eggs
  • 3 bars of butter, melted
  • 2 ounce. of extra virgin olive oil, heated with butter
  • 1 sq. of yeast
  • 1 spoon baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs, mix flour, slowly add in butter and oil. Heat yeast in hot water and add in to flour mix. Set aside to rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break apart into equal loaves and fold together. Add in meat (sausage or possibly bacon), optional or possibly plain and form into loaves. Bake for 30 to 45 min till golden.
