Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. orange rind grated
  •     cinnamon
  •     powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in microwave for 50 seconds on high. Beat sugar and Large eggs till smooth about 1 1/2 min. Blend in melted butter.
  2. Sift together flour and baking pwdr. Add in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk to the egg mix. Stir in grated orange rind.
  3. Bake in greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold and sprinkle with cinnamon or possibly confectioners sugar.
  4. NOTES : Delicious with Strawberries in Port Wine sauce.
