Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd pork
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic (or possibly 2 teaspoon garlic pwdr)
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can cream corn
  • Boiled potatoes, mashed

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork with garlic, onion salt and pepper. Boil and mash potatoes. Drain pork with a slotted spoon and put in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Spread cream corn over meat mix. Spread potatoes over the cream corn. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
