Ingredientes
Boneless shoulder cross rib roast or possibly bottom round
2 lg. onions
1 beef bouillon
1 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Salt and pepper
4 ounce. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. fat
Direcciones
Add in onions, bouillon and rest of ingredients. Simmer pot roast 2 1/2-3 hrs. Stew 1 1/2-2 hrs. Add in 4 ounces mushrooms.
