Ingredientes
4 pound beef chuck roast
1 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 pound carrots, diced
1 lg. onion, quartered
2 celery stalks, diced
4 slices smoked bacon or possibly prosciutto
1 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 rosemary sprigs
Freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum bowl. Cover and refrigerate2 days turning meat occasionally.
