Ingredientes

  • 1 med sized Chuck Roast
  • 1 1/2 c. Red wine
  • 1 1/2 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. Beef Broth
  •     Flour to thicken
  •     Cooked egg noodles
  • 2 x cloves Garlic Crushed

Direcciones

  1. Brown roast in saucepan on all sides. Add in wine beef broth and garlic and simmer for an hour or possibly more. An hour from serving add in the mushrooms. THICKEN right before serving and serve over egg noodles.
