Ingredientes

  • 1 x Clove Garlic
  • 3 ounce Butter
  • 2 lb Potatoes Peeled And Sliced
  •     Salt And Pepper
  • 4 ounce Gruyere Cheese
  • 2 whl Onions Minced Or possibly Sliced
  • 2 sprg Parsley Finely Minced
  • 2 lb Ceps Or possibly Wild Mushrooms Minced
  • 8 ounce Double Cream

Direcciones

  1. Rub gratin dish with with garlic and butter
  2. add in one layer of potatoes, salt and pepper, Gruyere, onion and parsley.
  3. Add in layer of ceps, onion, parsley and gruyere.
  4. Continue layers finish with potatoes and cheese.
  5. dor with butter, pour over cream.
  6. bake 180c, mark 4 for 1.3/4 hrs
  7. Serving Ideas : sprinkle with minced chives
  8. NOTES : add in bits of bacon or possibly ham
  9. use turnips and grated nutmegs.
  10. add in leeks and diced red peppertandoori version uses chilli, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, lowfat yoghurt, and ginger!!!!
