Ingredientes

  • 3 med Potatoes, cooked and sliced
  • 3 x or possibly 4 hard-cooked Large eggs, sliced, then diced
  •     Cooked Sausage (Bratwurst, Turkey, or possibly whatever),
  •     sliced (optional)
  • 4 x Green Onions (or possibly use white or possibly yellow, and increase amount of parsley for color)
  • 4 Tbsp. (1/4 c.) Butter
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  •     Salt and Freshly Grnd Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp minced Parsley

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350-F degrees. Chop or possibly slice onions. Heat butter in a heavy saucepan or possibly frying pan; saute/fry onions, then add in flour. Stir over medium heat till the flour is cooked but not browned; then stir in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley (reserving a little of the parsley to go on top of the finished dish).
  2. Place a layer of about half the sliced potatoes on the bottom of a buttered casserole dish or possibly in individual ramekins. Top potato layer with the Large eggs and sausage, then withhalf of the cream sauce. Finish up with the rest of the potatoes and sauce.
  3. Slide into the oven and bake for about 20 min, or possibly till heated through and invitingly fragrant.
