Ingredientes

1 1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and shredded and liquid removed well (about 4 c.)
1 lg. egg

1 env. onion soup mix (not instant)

Direcciones

Mix all ingredients except butter in a large bowl. In a heavy 10 inch skillet heat butter over medium heat till foamy but not brown.
