Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 32 ounce. frzn hash browns
  • Seasonings: Celery salt Garlic pwdr Pepper Parsley Etc.
  • Topping: 2 c. cornflakes 1 stick butter

Direcciones

  1. Heat together over low heat butter, cheese, soup, lowfat sour cream and onion flakes. Pour over frzn hash browns in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Add in other seasonings if you like. Top with 2 c. cornflakes coated with 1 stick melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min.
