- Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves
- Tomato – 1 small or 1/2 medium
- Ginger – 1/4 inch piece, peeled
- Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
- Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Dry Red Chillies – 3 to 4
- Cashew Nuts – 2 to 3
