Ingredientes

  • Rice – 1 cup
  • Onion – 1, medium, finely chopped
  • Beans – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Green Peas – 1/4 cup, soaked, drained
  • Potato – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Turmeric Powder – a pinch
  • Oil – 2 tblsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • To Grind:
  • Sambar Onions (Shallots) – 4 to 5, peeled
  • Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves
  • Tomato – 1 small or 1/2 medium
  • Ginger – 1/4 inch piece, peeled
  • Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Dry Red Chillies – 3 to 4
  • Cashew Nuts – 2 to 3
