Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt dry yeast
  • 2 c. Gourmet Blend flour
  • 1/2 c. instant potato flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. non fat dry lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine melted
  • 2 x Large eggs room temperature,
  •     beaten
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 7/8 c. hot water

Direcciones

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk to mix thoroughly. Transfer to machine. Combine and whisk all liquid ingredients. Transfer to machine. This is a very moist dinner bread. If you desire to reduce the moisture and make a larger loaf, increase the flour by 1/2 c..
