Potato Candy Pinwheels

Ingredientes

  • 2 boxes confectioners sugar
  • 1 sm. potato
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 med. jar peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Cook and mash potato. Sift sugar in large bowl; add in vanilla and butter, blending well. Add in mashed potato a little at a time, working till you have a soft dry dough. Roll as for a jelly roll, spread with peanut butter, and roll up in long roll. Slice 1/2 inch thick, place between layers of wax paper and refrigerate.
