Ingredientes

  • 4-5 large potatoes
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Beef bouillon
  • Garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Boil potatoes till soft and drain potatoes. With potatoes in pan add in soup and lowfat sour cream. Gently mix till blended. Add in lowfat milk into potato mix till combined liquid barely covers potatoes. Add in salt, pepper, beef bouillon, and garlic to taste. Heat on medium heat till soup is warm sufficient to eat.Don't BOIL.
  2. Saltine crackers are a good compliment to this soup.
