Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Potatoes cooked and peeled
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Potato starch
  • 2 x Egg whites stiffly beaten
  •     Butter or possibly fat for frying

Direcciones

  1. Mash the potatoes and beat in the egg yolks, salt, pepper and potato starch. Mix in the egg whites.
  2. Heat the butter or possibly fat in a skillet and drop the potato mix into it by the Tbsp.. Fry till browned on both sides. Serve with lowfat sour cream or possibly applesauce.
  3. Serves 6.
