Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  •     Garlic pwdr
  •     Parsley
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1 c. Instant potato flakes
  •     Oil for frying
  • 1 1/2 lb Walleye fillets

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour and seasonings in a shallow bowl. Put potato flakes on a plate. Dredge filets in the flour mix, then dip in Large eggs, then roll in potato flakes.
  2. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet. Fry fillets a couple min per side, till golden brown-brown, and drain on paper towel covered plate. Serve with lemon wedges or possibly tartar sauce.
