Receta Potato Finger Fry Snacks
A simple variation to the regular potato fingers.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 250 gms (preferably light red skinned ones)
- Fried Peanuts – 100 gms
- Cashewnuts – 2 tblsp
- Raisins – 2 tblsp
- Almonds (Badam) – 10
- Cardamom Powder – little
- Sugar – 2 tblsp
- Oil – 200 ml
Method:
1. Wash, clean and peel the potatoes.
2. Grate them into large matchstick pieces.
3. Keep aside for a few minutes.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Fry the potato sticks till light golden.
6. Remove and drain excess oil.
7. Transfer to a large bowl and add all the other ingredients.
8. Toss well to mix evenly.
