Potato Gratin With Parmesan Cheese

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb (4 large) russet potatoes, peeled a, nd thinly sliced
  • 1 x salt
  • 1 x freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 lrg clove garlic, finely minced
  • 6 Tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken stock

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Lightly grease oval gratin dish and arrange a layer of potatoes on bottom. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, 1/3 garlic, and 2 Tbsp. cheese. Repeat twice more and pour over stock.
  3. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour, stirring potato mix every 20 min or possibly so, or possibly till potatoes are tender.
  4. Place under broiler for 4 min or possibly till top becomes golden.
  5. Serves 4
