Receta Potato Masala Bonda
A tasty and simple South Indian snack served during tea time with chutney or sauce.
Ingredients:
- Gram Flour – 1 cup
- Red Chilli Powder – 3 to 4 tblsp (adjust as required)
- Asafoetida Powder – a pinch
- Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required for frying
- For the masala filling:
- Potatoes – 300 gms, medium size
- Carrot – 1/4 cup, grated
- Salt as per taste
- Onions – 3 to 4, depending on size
- Green Chillies – 3 to 4, depending on size
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Curry Leaves – handful
- Coriander Leaves – handful
- Oil – 1/4 cup
