Receta Potato Masala Poriyal
Ingredients:
Potatoes – 2, chopped
Brinjlas – 4, chopped
Dry Red Chillies – 4
- Onion – 1, finely chopped
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Mustard Seeds – little
- Curry Leaves – few
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and turmeric powder for 30 seconds.
3. Add potatoes, onions and brinjals.
4. Stir well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Pour enough water and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
7. Cook till the water has almost evaporated and the gravy is thick.
8. Serve as a side dish.
