- Peppercorns - 1/4 spoon
- Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon
- Cumin powder - 1 spoon
- Ginger - 1 inch small piece

- Salt - As per taste
- Oil - 8 spoons

- Wash potatoes well and chop into small cubes or pieces. (Peel the skin before chopping, if you wish, I haven't peeled the skin)
