Potato Soup (in a crock pot)

I was cleaning house one day and wanted a potato soup. Light bulb went off CROCK POT!!! I think it come out really good!! enjoy

Ingredientes

  • 6 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 bunch of fresh green onions chopped
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 rib of celery sliced
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubs
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 5 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 13 oz can of evaporated milk
  • chopped chives ( a small hand full)

Direcciones

  1. in the crock pot combine all ingredients except milk and chives
  2. cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours stir in milk during last hour mashed potatoes before serving if desired
  3. garnish with chives
